All information contained in these pages has been compiled with care.

However, all information about prices, itineraries and hotels may be varied at any time before we have confirmed your booking.

 

 

 Responsibilities

 

Wild Spirit Tours acts only in the capacity of agent between the

individual supplier and the passengers. We are not responsible for changing of timing or itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control. Also, our agency, partners or agents assume no responsibility whatever for loss, injury,

accidents, damage to person, delay or irregularity, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services,

 resulting directly or indirectly from acts of government, wars, civil

disturbances, dangers, strikes, riots, unusual or extreme climatic conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transportation, theft, pilferage,

epidemics, delays or cancellations, change in itinerary or from any cause

beyond the company’s control.

It is compulsory that clients be covered by insurance appropriated to the tour, which must include adequate cover for luggage (under passenger’s

 responsibility during the trip), loss of money, personal accident and medical expenses.

We accept no responsibility for failure by the passenger to be properly

documented.

 

 

Unused Portions
 

As a basic rule, all unused accommodation, transportation, vouchers or all

unused portions of any part of the tour, will not be subject to refund or claims after the beginning of the trip. No payments will be made or compensation given in respect of claims for contingent liability or inconvenience.

 

 

Cancellations
 

If you decide to cancel your tour booking, you must do so as quickly as

possible in writing by fax or e-mail. We will apply the cancellation fees due to

 administrative costs.
 
 
Payment for your holiday
 

Generally, balance due is payable 15 days or more prior to departure. If we do not receive the payment of your trip before your arrival, our company accepts no responsibility for cancellation of reservations or services. After your booking and payment, we will send you the different vouchers of services (hotels,

excursions, transfer…) either by fax or E-mail.

  NOTE: Some services can be paid at your arrival to Margarita Island.
